Admin / Biog History Anna Jo and Betty Jo Cook were born in Sturgeon Creek, KY on August 30, 1927 to Sherman & Pearl (Lynch) Cook. The family moved several times while the girls were growing up. They lived in Berea and Richmond before finally settling in London, KY where the girls attended high school. E.A. Diddle recruited the twins to attend WKU and be cheerleaders.
