Admin / Biog History Earl Moore (1892-1978) Iowa native came to WKU in 1929 as an English teacher a position he held until 1962. He was Director of Broadcasting from 1933-1937 which involved producing WKU programs for WHAS radio in Louisville and WSM in Nashville. Moore was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and served as the class sponsor for the Class of 1937. Moore left WKU to take a positions at Malone College in Ohio, Indiana University and Campbellsville College in Kentucky.
