Travel journal kept by Shaker Prudence Morrell on a trip from New Lebanon, New York, to eight Shaker communities in New York, Ohio, and Kentucky from May 18 to October 23, 1847. The original journal is owned by the Shaker Library at Sabbathday Lake, Maine.

Handbill from F. W. Evans calls for new [Shaker] members while on a visit to Great Britain. Evans give rules and regulation for novitiates and visitors. This was printed by H. Nisbet and Company, Jamaica Street, Glasgow, [Scotland.] In addition, there is a photocopy from David D. Newell catalog with appraisal information. 19 x 12 cm.

He amassed a large collection of photocopied research material on the South Union community as well as other Shaker villages and museums in the United States. Also includes his research on various Catholic topics.
