One postcard has no postmark and is unused.
The second is postmarked Jan. 4, 1950 PM; Bakersfield, California.
The postcard contains a handwritten message addressed to "Miss M. Murphy 122 Payne St.
Danville, Illinois," signed: "Much love to all, Mary."
