    Cabinet photograph of the first snow plow in Bowling Green, the African American driver is Otha McCutchen. W. H. Jones, a former Bowling Green mayor is shown on the horse. The photograph may have been made on Armistice Day, 1918. There are many flags on the buildings. Street lights and light poles are seen on the streets.
