Basil Richardson
This is a large black and white photograph of Basil D. Richardson. He was born in Center Point, Monroe County, KY 26 July 1866. He was graduated with a law degree from the University of Louisville and practiced law in Monroe, Metcalfe, Barren and Hart counties. He also served as Chief Justice for the Court of Appeals.
