Description |
This piece is oil on a wood panel. The foreground shows a fisherman pulling fishing nets. There are also people on a shore. The middle ground shows a church, a firehouse, and a river. The background shows more houses and several churches. The frame is ill-fitted to the wood panel. The corners are filled in to give the scene a circular edge. There is no artist's signature. The wood panel is held into the frame by nails (which are not nailed into the wood panel itself). |
